Bachelor’s Program Minors
At Campbellsville, we want students to craft a university experience to their needs, rather than study within an overly confining structure. One way to refine your bachelor’s degree is by declaring a minor. Currently, our academic programs span Athletic Coaching, Computer Science, International Studies, and five other minors that provide a healthy complement to your primary scholastic focus.
Before obtaining a bachelor’s degree, you may want to start your educational journey with a two-year associate program. We offer specialized associate degrees in fields such as nursing, business, and early childhood education, and many of the programs can lead to professional certification. For example, the Associate Degree in Nursing allows graduates to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses, leading to clinical employment.
Our graduate and pre-professional programs have received honors from established publications like U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Colleges” and TheBestSchools.org. We offer 17 master’s programs, eight pre-professional degrees, and five postgraduate areas, so there is a degree for every educational need. Welcoming students from more than 35 countries, our top-rated master’s programs span diverse fields like Social Work, Theology, Sports Management, and Special Education.
On a local level, Campbellsville’s Technology Training Center coordinates with governments and school districts to equip a future workforce with applicable skills in South Central Kentucky. These certification programs offer students a clear path to their desired career.
Campbellsville provides a varied selection of post-graduate certifications, including the DOSE, Gifted and Talented Endorsement, and Graduate Level ESL. The DOSE certification program allows special education instructors to advance to a Director level (Rank I). Offered in an online format, our 12-hour gifted education program provides teachers with the skills to nurture gifted and talented students, leading to a subsequent endorsement. For ESL learners, our Graduate Level ESL (P-12) Endorsement is a five-course English sequence with 30 hours of immersive field experience, leading to language proficiency.
