College of Arts and Sciences

Our College of Arts and Sciences combines a strong core curriculum with a wide range of major programs. More than 70 percent of the professors in this College have terminal degrees. Access to such highly respected instructors helps to prepare students for professional and graduate programs - and for a variety of jobs in the professional world.

Pre-Professional Programs

School of Music

Campbellsville is one of only two private schools in Kentucky accredited through the National Association of Schools of Music. Each music curriculum includes the study of music foundations - including music theory, history, literature and conducting. Each student participates in a variety of ensembles and receives individual instruction leading up to his or her Senior Recital.

School of Business and Economics

The School of Business and Economics provides a solid business foundation and the skills to excel in the global, 21st century marketplace. Graduates of this school have an excellent placement record with some of the world’s leading organizations.

Carver School of Social Work & Counseling

Think you want to help the less fortunate, serve the public, protect the innocent, or counsel people in need? The Carver School of Social Work and Counseling is dedicated to just such preparation! We do this by providing students an undergraduate education in social work, nationally accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, and by providing a variety of graduate programs in Social Work (MSW) and Counseling (MSC) that are domestically and internationally focused. As one of our campus’ greatest strengths the Carver School is committed to Christian service. This commitment responds to the 100 year-old vision established by the Women’s Missionary Union. The Carver School of Social Work and Counseling recognizes its’ responsibility to continue this legacy as it prepares Christ-centered professionals.

School of Theology

Our School of Theology is designed to strengthen and enhance each student’s faith journey, while also developing the skills needed to serve in a variety of Christian ministries. This includes Evangelism and Church Growth, Ministry Service, Biblical Studies, Christian Education and more.

School of Education

Our education program has a distinguished record of preparing students to become caring teachers, ready to make a positive impact in the lives of young people of every age. Campbellsville is approved by the Education Professional Standards Board. NASDTEC interstate agreement (National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education) also entitles our graduates to become certified to teach in other states.

School of Nursing

The School of Nursing is a two-year program leading to the Associate Degree in Nursing.

Graduates of the program are eligible to write the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN)
