Master of Science in Information Technology Management (MSITM)

1.  A bachelor’s degree with an acceptable grade point average (2.5 overall or 2.6 last 60 hours) from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
2. An acceptable score on the GMAT or GRE, taken within the last five years.  This requirement will be waived if the student has earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0, or if the student has earned a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
3. A transcript with the baccalaureate degree posted and mailed directly by the registrar from the college or university that granted the undergraduate degree must be sent to the Office of Graduate  Admissions.  Transcripts must be submitted from all institutions that the student has received credit for work completed toward the undergraduate degree.
4. A completed resume and an essay that includes a statement of professional goals must be sent to the School of Business and Economics.
5. Three letters of reference must be sent to the Office Of Graduate Admissions.  One must be a professional reference.

International Students

1. International applicants whose primary language is not English and who are not a graduate of a college or university in the U.S. or who have not earned at least 6 credit hours at a 3.0 gpa from a college or university in the U.S. must submit a score report of 79-80 (internet-based) on the TOEFL exam; Duolingo of 100; IELTS of 6.0; PTE of 53; TOEIC 600.  Students who do not meet these requirements will be given an option to be tested by the Campbellsville University ESL Department.
2. A certified, independent course by course transcript evaluation of educational studies completed at foreign institutions must be sent directly from the evaluation service to the CU Louisville Education Center.  Such transcript evaluation companies include e.g. WES, EP, ECE, etc.  This requirement may be waived if the applicant has earned a Master’s degree from an American regionally or nationally accredited college or university.

3. International students who do not hold a permanent resident visa in the United States must submit evidence of financial support before a form I-20 can be processed.
4. International student applicants holding a non-immigrant VISA must also submit immigration documents as evidence of the student’s ability to legally study in the United States. Students must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents as evidence:
   • Valid passport
   • Valid non-immigrant VISA (F-1, F-2, H1-B, H4, or other valid non-immigrant VISA)
   • Valid I-94 document
   • Valid SEVIS form I-20 or other USCIS issued document supporting current non-immigrant status

   NOTE: Incomplete Applications for Admission will not be considered and acceptance into the MSITM program cannot be granted until all required documents are received by the university.

Upload Missing Documents on TigerNet:

1. Log into TigerNet.
2. Click “Students” at the top of the page.
3. Go to the “Admission Status” tab.
4. From there, you will see the documents you are lacking from acceptance.
5. Scroll down the page until you see the “Upload Missing Document Form” and upload your missing documents.
6. After uploading the documents, make sure to click the “Submit” button on the bottom of the page.

The School of Business and Economics or CU Louisville Chair will inform the applicant of status of the application, but it is the applicant’s responsibility to be certain that all necessary documents are on file by published deadlines for admission. A letter from the academic dean or CU Louisville Chair must confirm admission.

The MSITM program is available in two formats:

• Offered at the Louisville Education Center as a hybrid program
• Offered Online

Hybrid LEC courses will be taught in 16 weeks (combining two graduate terms) as the following. The online courses will be offered using the existing eight-week term dates.

Graduate Hybrid Terms for Business

Graduate Terms 1 and 2, early July to Mid October
Graduate Terms 2 and 3, late August to Mid December
Graduate Terms 3 and 4, late October to Mid March
Graduate Terms 4 and 5, mid January to Mid May
Graduate Terms 5 and 6, late March to Early July
Graduate Terms 6 and 1, mid May to Late August

The MSITM complete online program courses also will be offered using the existing eight-week term dates. Online courses will be scheduled as follows:

Grad Term 1, early July-early September
Grad Term 2, early September-late October
Grad Term 3, late October-late December
Grad Term 4, early January-early March
Grad Term 5, early March-late April
