COURTNEY DANIS SCORES 28 POINTS AS CAMPBELLSVILLE BEATS BETHEL 80-69

McKenzie, TN – Campbellsville freshman Courtney Danis poured in 28 points today as the Lady Tigers improved to 6-3 on the season with an 80-69 win over Bethel College.

Danis (Mt. Sterling, KY) was 9 of 15 from the floor, 1 of 3 from the three-point line and was perfect in 9 attempts from the charity stripe to post her collegiate career high through nine games.

Campbellsville overcame a 42-41 halftime deficit by shooting 40% in the second half while holding Bethel to 30% shooting.

Priscila Alves (SR/Sao Paulo, Brazil) had 19 points for Campbellsville while Kristi Ensminger (JR/Kingston Springs, TN) had ten points in the win.

The Lady Tigers next game is scheduled for Friday, December 7th at 6:00 p.m. when they host Shawnee State University in the Citizens Bank Classic
