LADY TIGERS HAVE NO TROUBLE IMPROVING TO 2-0 WITH 87-60 WIN OVER HANNIBAL-LAGRANGE
Campbellsville, KY – The Campbellsville University Lady Tiger Basketball team is off to a 2-0 start after an 87-60 home-court win over Hannibal-LaGrange (MO) tonight.
Campbellsville built an eleven-point halftime lead, 43-32 and rallied strong in the second half to pull away for the twenty-seven point win behind 48% shooting on the night.
Priscilla Alves (SR/Sao Paulo, Brazil) led the Lady Tigers with 15 points while freshman Courtney Danis scored 13 for Campbellsville in the win. Campbellsville outrebounded Hannibal-LaGrange 43-22.
The Lady Tigers host Madonna University tomorrow evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Powell Athletic Center.
