About Us

David Sandifer, HBMC Director, is a retired US Army chplain with over twenty-nine years of military service and four decades in ministry. He currently serves as Chaplaincy Consultant for the Kentucky Baptist Convention's Mission Growth Team and is president and founder of PART-icipation Ministries, Inc.

David is a prolific teacher and trainer of pastors and chaplains, holding certifcations in numerous topics including leadership and suicide awareness/prevention.  He has held numerous bivocational pastorates during his ministry. He holds a BA degree in Religious Education from Carson Newman College as well as a M.R.E. in Family Counseling and M.Div in Pastoral Ministries degrees from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  Additionally, David holds an EdS in Curriculum Design and Classroom Instruction from Middle Tennessee State.

David holds membership in the American Association of Christian Counselors.

 

Fred Miller, HBMC Webmaster, is the Distance Education Student Services Coordinator at Campbellsville University where he has worked for 15 years. He is the bivocational pastor of the Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church.

Fred is a certified instructor for Evangelism Explosion III International. He has held membership in the Central Kentucky Christian Educators Association where he has led seminars in biblical fasting.

He holds BA in Church Recreation and M.Th degrees from Campbellsville University.
