Buckets due by 10 a.m. tomorrow
All buckets for The Bucket Project must be turned in by 10 a.m. tomorrow. Buckets can be dropped off at Lesley Newton’s office in the front floyer of the Student Activities Center. The buckets will be dedicated tomorrow in chapel.
Morgan Cox working with ending childhood cancer; co-hosting Rally Rumble
Morgan Cox, a sophomore at Campbellsville University, is working to raise money and awareness to end childhood cancer. On April 19, she will be taking the stage in Nashville, TN to help co-host an event called Rally Rumble. Rally Rumble is a music festival in which teens join together through music to raise money and awareness to end childhood cancer. As a co-host, she is required to collect donations and must meet a goal of at least $120. All donations go to the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research. Because of their outstanding efficiency record, they have been awarded one of the top charities in the country. For every dollar donated to Rally, 92.4 cents goes to the mission of raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research. Every little donation counts and it is greatly appreciated along with your prayers for all of the kids, families, friends, staff, co-hosts, and artists. Lady Tiger Basketball Cornhole Tournament is April 23
The Campbellsville University Lady Tiger Basketball Team is holding a Cornhole Tournament to raise money for the team. Thetournament is at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 at Powell Athletic Center. Cost is $20 per team to compete with two people per team. There will be cash and gift card prizes for first, second and third place.
