Social Workers in Touch Can Help (SWITCH) Club meeting is Jan. 30
The first Social Workers in Touch Can Help (SWITCH) Club meeting of the spring semester is at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 30 in the Carver School of Social Work. SWITCH is not just for social work majors or minors, but for anyone who wants to help in serving CU and the community. There will be more discussion about ways for to volunteer around Campbellsville and things to do as service projects. Also, fundraising ideas will be talked about in more detail. Anyone who is interested in even learning about the club is invited to attend.
Valentine Pageant deadline is Jan. 20
ATTENTION CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS:
The deadline to be a candidate in the annual Campbellsville University Valentine Pageant is Jan. 20.
Any club or organization that wishes to have a candidate needs to email their candidate's name and class to the SGA email at email@example.com. The pageant is 7 p.m. Feb. 7.
The pageant candidate must:
Be able to attend an informational meeting on January 21 at 8 PM in AD 15
Have a minimum 2.5 GPA
Be a sophomore or above (cannot be a freshman)
Not be married
Not have held a queen title at CU in the past
Be available for the interview portion of the pageant on Sunday Feb. 2 at 2 PM and a dance rehearsal to follow
Be available for evening rehearsals the week of the pageant.
Pageant categories include: interviews, a dance routine, talent, and an evening gown portion. A flier
