Wash your hands!
It’s flu season. Campus Nurse Marsha “Pinky” Davis says frequent hand washing is important as a way to not get the flu and to not spread it if you do get it.. When you wash, use soap and water and rub all surfaces of your hands for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand cleaner or alcohol-based wipes. You may have the flu if you have fever or chills and a cough or sore throat. You may also have a runny nose, body aches, a headache, tiredness, diarrhea or vomiting. Davis is in her office Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Office of Student Services. Attached is a flier
you may post around your living space.
