Noon Organ Recital — Organ Dedication Sept. 17

The first Noon Organ Concert of the academic year includes the dedication of the new organ donated by the Farrars and housed at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. It is at 12:20 p.m. And will be over by 12:50 p.m. Everyone is invited. You can view a story at

Constitution Day

On Tuesday, Sept. 17, the Student Government Association (SGA) will be celebrating Constitution Day! They will be in the Chick-fil-A Express area passing out freedom popsicles and giving you a chance to sign the constitution. They will be there from 11:30 to 1:00. Don't forget to wear your red, white and blue! We hope to see you there!

National ACT Test Sept. 21

On Saturday, Sept., 21, the National ACT Test will be given in Carter Hall. To insure that examinees are not disturbed, please refrain from entering the building between the hours of 8:00 am till 1:00 pm. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Misty Willis at ext. 5049.

Missions Day Wednesday, Sept. 18

In celebration of Missions Day Sept. 18, there will be a 24-hour Prayer Tent set up on Stapp Lawn beginning at noon Wednesday, Sept. 18 through noon on Thursday, Sept. 19. Everyone is encouraged to wear "international clothing" (clothing typical in other regions of the world) to demonstrate CU's missions emphasis.

Dr. Twyla Hernandez, assistant professor of Christian missions, is speaking at chapel Wednesday on missions at 10 a.m., and everyone is invited.
