Individual needed to coordinate services for children/families receiving Impact Plus services. Title is Case Manager/Service Coord. (Full-Time) for Phoenix Preferred Care, Taylor/Adair & Russell Co

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Sociology, Human Services or Special Education and 1 year post-Bachelor's experience working with children.
