The Menta Group, a nonprofit educational organization with 30 years of experience in Arizona, is currently seeking a progressive clinical psychologist to join the clinical team at one of our therapeutic school sites in metropolitan Phoenix. The Menta Group provides high quality educational services to special education students who are challenged by social-emotional, learning, and behavioral difficulties. Our educational model encourages the development of academic and social-emotional skills in a positive and well-structured learning environment, with a focus on preparation for postsecondary education, employment, and citizenship. Clinicians provide building leadership to effectively help students succeed. This includes providing direct educational and mental health services to students, as well as working with parents, educators, and other professionals to create supportive academic learning and social environments for all students. Successful candidates for this position will have strong skills in data-based decision-making, multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessment and behavioral approaches to change, development of positive behavioral and academic interventions, progress monitoring and evaluation, program evaluation, and consultation with educational staff, parents, and other professionals.

This position offers access to medical, dental, vision plans, 403(b), sick pay, holiday pay, and personal days.
