Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Access Associate position for the UK HealthCare Patient Access Call Center include: perform call center activities related to Patient Access consisting of scheduling new and returning patient appointments; complex advanced booking; registration; intake (pre-clearance and insurance); verifying insurance enrollment and eligibility; and handling escalation of patient access problems.

Preferred Education / Experience
Prefer Cosmocom agent experience, scheduling and registration experience in an outpatient clinic.
