At Campbellsville University no student ever stands alone. The faculty, staff, and resources are always available to serve the entering first-year student as he/she transitions into the collegiate community. With student success as our goal, we offer the First Year Experience (FYE) to assist new degree-bound students to CU.
The FYE programming supports First-Year students by collaborating with academic and administrative units. This collaboration provides assistance in the areas of academic persistence, social integration, and spiritual formation for each First-Year student. The First-Year Experience programming also directs the organization and implementation of the first-year student seminar called FIRST CLASS (OR 100) and the Servant Leadership seminar (OR110). These seminars are for all first-year degree seeking students that are age 23 and under with less than 24 transfer hours.
On the tabs to your left you will find additional information about what goes on during the first-year experience. I look forward to seeing you as a fighting TIGER!
