Program Overview

The goal of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Degree Program at Campbellsville University (CU) is to prepare students to play a leadership role in the rapidly changing world of HRM. This program focuses on preparing students to strategically manage all business aspects of HRM while addressing the growing need for Christian leadership in the business world. All classes take place online.

To complete the HRM emphasis, the following course work will be needed: 33 hours of core business classes, 30 hours of HRM emphasis classes, 10 hours of electives, and 44 hours of general education requirements. Each business course is three credit hours.
