ESLI - English as a Second Language Institute
The ESLI prepares non-native speakers of English for full-time study at Campbellsville University or other North American Schools.
All ESLI students take intensive courses in grammar, reading, writing, conversation, listening comprehension, and pronunciation training. Students are tested for English proficiency and placed into the level of study that matches their needs.
In addition to the regular curriculum, students go on field trips to nearby major cities and also visit local tourist attractions, including My Old Kentucky Home, Abraham Lincoln Birthplace and Mammoth Cave.
ESLI classes are small, averaging 10 to 12 students each. ESLI has a state-of-the-art computer writing lab. Students are encouraged to participate in special university student activities, which provide even more English language experience.
Partnership with Education Students
Students who successfully complete advanced studies may enroll in undergraduate studies at Campbellsville University without an International TOEFL requisite score.
