Katy Cox
Knowledge Exchange Institute
Kenya, FALL 2008
I love to travel and have a passion for people. Studying abroad provides me with an excellent opportunity to experience a culture other than my own. I am majoring in Worship Arts with a minor in Music and intend to serve in the foreign mission field after graduation. I believe that God has given me an unique ability to minister to, and serve, others through music; I hope to foster this ability, through my time in Nairobi, by studying Kenyan culture and society.
Bryan Spitler
International Missions Board
Czech Republic, Summer 08

My name is Bryan Spitler and I’m a senior graduating from Campbellsville University with a Cinema & Television degree. My wife Brittany and I are traveling to the Czech Republic just two days after graduation to join an effort to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the Roma people; they are a broken and scattered group that seem to spread out specifically through the Soviet Union and much of eastern Europe. The International Missions Board have offered me a non-paid internship to come and make videos, evangelize, and put some of the common beliefs and skills I’ve learned at Campbellsville University into practice. Please pray for our safe travel, as well as the revelation of God in the lives of the Roma people.
