Late Registration for January Term

Term Dates: Wednesday, 26 December - Friday, 4 January

Deadline to Register: Wednesday, December 26th - 4:00 p.m. EST

Qualifications

You must meet these conditions to enroll in and take a course in the 2012-13 January course:

• You must have been a student in the 2012-13 Fall semester
• You must not have withdrawn from CU during the 2012-13 Fall semester
• You must have completed at least one course during the 2012-13 Fall semester or one of its bi-terms.

If a you CAN register for a January term course in TigerNET…

          …and the course is ON CAMPUS

• You must register in TigerNET for the course.
• Attend class, then, on a break…
• See Dr. Cheatham in Academic Affairs* between 8a – 10a on Wednesday, 26 December to sign a promissory note.

         …and the course is ONLINE

• You must register in TigerNET for the course.
• You must visit www.campbellsville.edu/januaryterm and submit the promissory note.
•  You should have access to the course in Moodle within two hours of TigerNET registration (www.campbellsville.edu/moodle).  If not, email distanceeducation@campbellsville.edu for assistance.

 If a you CANNOT register for a course in TigerNET…

         …and the course is ON CAMPUS

• You must see Dr. Cheatham in Academic Affairs* between 8a – 10a on Wednesday, 26 December for pre-registration and sign a promissory note.
•  You must complete formal enrollment in the course by contacting Student Records (270.789.5233 | Administration Building, Room 18) between 2 January and 4 January, 2013.

         ...and the course is ONLINE

• You must email distanceeducation@campbellsville.edu with their name, ID, and the course number. Distance Education will monitor email during the day of 26 December and enroll you accordingly with email confirmation sent to the student.
• You must complete formal enrollment in the course by contacting Student Records (270.789.5233 | Administration Building, Room 18) between 2 January and 4 January, 2013.

*Alternately, you can visit the Office of Admissions for assistance in contacting Dr. DeWayne Frazier to pre-register and/or sign the promissory note.
