“International Justice Mission Forum”

Featured Speaker: Dr. Wayne Barnard, Director of Student Ministries for the International Justice Mission. IJM is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local governments to ensure victim rescue, to prosecute perpetrators and to promote functioning public justice systems. Dr. Barnard holds a B.A. in Theology from Abilene Christian University, an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University, and a Ph.D. in Family Studies with a concentration in lifespan human development and college student development from Texas Woman’s University.

Wednesday, October 31, Chapel Presentation at 10:00 a.m. in The Ransdell Chapel speaking on human rights issues from a Biblical perspective.

Tonight's KHIPP event has been canceled. The speaker couldn't get a flight out of New York due to Hurricane Sandy. There will also be a new speaker for tomorrow's chapel.
