To provide support to our Human Resources department working in a variety of functions.

Complete a 2-3 week rotation through all four human resource specialties:

• Recruitment
• Benefits
• Employee Relations
• Learning and Development

1-2 years of college coursework in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Communication with specific interest in developing a career in a Human Resource capacity. Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications are required. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Job Specific Requirements

In the event that the Intern – Human Resources is absent, the Department Manager is responsible for providing an equally qualified person to cover this position.
