Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL)
The MAOL program at Campbellsville University recognizes the growing need for Christian leadership with specialization across industrial lines. Students will learn key organizational leadership elements such as: ethics, motivation, creativity, vision, strategic planning, teamwork, group development, technology, customer service and organizational development. Graduates of the program will become better leaders within their industry. This degree serves the needs of those who have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree, as well as practicing professionals who want to further their education and enhance their careers.

Master of Theology (MTh)
The Master of Theology degree is designed for full-time or part-time students, especially those preparing to enter vocational ministry or those already serving as ministers. It consists of studies in the traditional areas of Christian clergy education with an 18-hour emphasis in either Pastoral Leadership, Biblical Studies and Theological Studies. Courses can be taken in-class, on-line or by teleconferencing in selected cities throughout Kentucky.

Master of Science in Counseling (MSC)
The goal of the University’s Master of Science in Counseling is to provide a generalist degree that provides graduates a broad counseling content area to enhance career opportunities. In addition to the generalist curriculum, students are afforded the opportunity to continue studies in the counseling area enabling the academically prepared to seek licensure in Kentucky and other states.

The School of Business and Economics offers a Master of Business Administration degree designed to prepare students for a leadership role in a rapidly changing global marketplace of constantly advancing technology. Students have the option to choose from one of four disciplines: Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, or Healthcare Management.

Rank 1 Program
Campbellsville University offers a Rank I program for educators interested in continuing their professional education and obtaining a rank change. Courses are offered in a combination of campus-based and online formats.
Students must complete at total of 30 hours in the Rank I program:
(a) 15 hours of professional education "core" courses
(b) 15 hours selected from a variety of options including, but not limited to: ESL Endorsement, Gifted Endorsement, or a professional specialty area such as Counseling, Biology, Music, Special Education, etc.
The Director of Special Education (DOSE) certification program is also a professional specialty option in the Rank I program. It requires 18 hours (in addition to the 15 hours in the professional education "core").
The ESL and Gifted Endorsement programs and the DOSE Certification program may be taken independently of Rank I.
