Permissions Letter Samples Need to request copyright permission? If you are sure that you have contact information for the copyright holder, send a letter to make your request. Here are some websites that present examples of how these letters are typically worded, and the type of information that you are expected to provide about yourself. You may need to alter sample to fit your particular needs. Keep records of all your correspondence!
