Parents are Invited
Parents are strongly encouraged to join their son and/or daughter for this very significant event. The Office of Financial Aid is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., E.D.T. If you have individual questions, feel free to schedule an appointment with a Financial Aid Advisor before the Orientation process begins.
What Happens at Orientation?
This event is designed to acquaint students and families with campus life and "L.I.N.C." you to the services and opportunities available to you here at Campbellsville University. Students will: Meet with an academic advisor; Schedule classes; Get a University ID (you must present a drivers license / photo ID); Have the opportunity to discuss your preliminary charges with the Office of Business Services; Commuter students (those eligible to live at home and commute to classes) will be introduced to campus life.
Making a Reservation

In order to provide quality, individual attention to each of our new students and their families, we are limiting the number of participants to each orientation. Therefore, it is imperative that you Make a Reservation by filling out the Registration Form. Every student is required to pay the $100 enrollment deposit and submit their housing application before they can attend a L.I.N.C. orientation. After we have received your request for reservation and verified that you have completed the admissions process, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation notice through the mail, confirming the date. Deadlines for making a reservation are at least one week prior to the Orientation date.
