Cost of Attendance/Tuition and Fees

Program Per Credit Hour Rate

  • ACCEL (main campus, evening program)* $365
  • Regional Center/Extension Sites* $365
  • Associate Online Degree (no fees) $380
    • Bachelor’s Degree Online (no fees) $399
    • BSBA
    • RN-BSN
    • BS-CJ Area

*Students in these programs who enroll in an online course will be charged a fee of $125 per online course, as well as a technology fee ($150 per semester/full-time - $75 per semester/ less than full time)

Financial Aid

Before you are accepted:

  • Go to www.pin.ed.gov and apply for a pin number (if dependent student there must be a pin number for the student and the parent)
  • Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov and fill out the FAFSA form (if dependent student it must be signed by both student and parent)
    Include the Campbellsville School Code: 001959

After acceptance:

  • Go to www.campbellsville.edu/financial-aid
  • Go to Financial Aid Online
  • Click “First Time User”
  • Enter your student ID #
  • Enter your last name and social security number to verify the account
  • Select and answer two separate security questions
  • Enter and confirm Your PIN number-must be at least 5 characters
  • Click submit and you will be redirected back to the login screen
  • Enter your student ID number and use the PIN number you just created

Once you have logged onto Financial Aid Online you should:

  • Identify your financial aid counselor
  • Check the status of your FAFSA
  • Identify any documents that still needs to be submitted to the financial aid office
  • Complete the verification process if selected
  • Accept or decline your awards
  • Follow links to finish your processes for loans

Types of Aid Available

Based on the FAFSA Estimated Family Contribution (EFC, filing date, and enrollment, students may be eligible for up to:

  • Federal Pell Grant $5730
  • Kentucky CAP Grant (KY residents) $1900
  • Kentucky Tuition Grant (Full Time, KY Residents) $2970
  • KEES (KY residents, if eligible) varies
  • Direct Subsidized/Unsubsidized Loans* $5500-$12500 (Based on EFC/Class/Dependency Status)
