Graduation Calendar

Friday, May 9

4:00 p.m. Undergraduate Commencement Rehearsal (Powell Gymnasium)

5:00 p.m. Graduate Picnic (Montgomery Library Lawn)
Each candidate and three guests may attend at no cost. Additional tickets are $5.00 each and may be purchased through the Office of Development (270.789.5211).

6:30 p.m. Graduate Walk with President Carter (Davenport Student Commons)

Optional. Student not participating should report to Ransdell Chapel to line up for the processional.

6:30 p.m. Procession Line-Up (In front of Ransdell Chapell)

Candidates should arrive at this time to be placed in marching order for the procession into the Chapel at 7:00 p.m.

7:00 p.m. GRADUATE Commencement Ceremony (Ransdell Chapel)
There is no rehearsal for this ceremony. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for the procession line-up in front of the Chapel.

Saturday, May 10

9:30 a.m. Graduate Walk with President Carter (In front of Montgomery Library)

9:30 a.m. Procession Line-Up (Behind Finley Stadium Grandstand)

Candidates should arrive at this time to be placed in marching order for the procession.

10:00 a.m. UNDERGRADUATE Commencement Ceremony (Finley Stadium)
