Portfolio Requirements

All Mass Communication students must complete a portfolio

Prior to graduation, Mass Communication majors must complete an on-line portfolio.

The portfolio must contain samples of work from classes completed for the major or area and should be posted at least one month before graduation. Students may use LiveText to post the portfolio.

All professors within the department as well as at least three working professionals in the field will review this work.

Evaluation of the portfolio will be on a pass/fail basis. Should a student’s portfolio not be approved, he or she may revise the portfolio and submit it for reevaluation.

A student cannot graduate until the portfolio is approved.
