Sending A Package

Campbellsville University's Post Office has a multitude of ways in which faculty/staff and students can send packages, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  We will do our best to assist you in whatever way we can.  To speed up the process we ask that you please print out and complete the Parcel Shipping Worksheet, and bring it with you when you bring your package to the University Post Office. 

If you would like a tracking number on your package you should request one when you bring your parcel to the window. (UPS and FedEx have tracking standard).

Recieving A Package

Anyone who has a university mail box can receive packages from any of the many carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc).  It is important that you use UPO instead of PO for packages because only USPS can deliver to PO boxes, but your University Post Office (UPO) box can receive from any carrier. 

Upon receipt of a package you will receive a package notification in your UPO as well as an e-mail to your Campbellsville University e-mail address.  You will need to bring your notification from your UPO and your university ID card to the University Post Office window in order to receive your packages.  Packages are linked to your UPO by name.  If you have a package coming with a different name on it, please notify the University Post Office (example if your mom is sending you a package that she ordered online and it is coming in with her name on the package). 

You can track your incoming package at the individual carrier's websites, which you can link to below.  Note: not all USPS packages come with a tracking number, unless requested.
