Job Description:

As IEL continues to win business and grow we are looking to expand our sales teams by hiring motivated individuals looking for a fast-paced and rewarding career in transportation sales. We work in an open environment that fosters strong teamwork to support our continued success!
As a Sales Trainee you will: 

• Participate in an apprentice training program where you will work closely with a Senior Sales Executive to become familiar with the logistics industry, business, and company software.
•  Build and manage your own portfolio of clients by calling on existing or potential prospects via sales calls.
•  Develop strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
•  Deliver custom solutions to your client in order to simplify their logistics needs.
•  Serve as the direct contact between the client, carrier, shipper and receiver.
• Facilitate the successful on-time pick-up and delivery of the client’s goods.
•  Be readily available to address concerns and provide solutions to customers and carriers for problems that may arise.
