Summer Camps and Conferences


The purpose of the Summer Camps and Conferences program at Campbellsville University is to provide a Christian atmosphere where a variety of groups can come to our campus, use our facilities, and leave knowing that Campbellsville University is a place where the administration, faculty, and staff truly care.

What Facilities Can We Provide?

  • Housing for approximately 950-1,000 campers (all air conditioned)
  • Large gymnasium for basketball (6 basketball goals)
  • Gymnasium for basketball or volleyball
  • Small gymnasium (6 basketball goals) and game room
  • Indoor Practice Facility (120 ft. x 80 ft.)
  • Football Field/Soccer Field with turf
  • Outside green space for outdoor recreational activities
  • Swimming Pool (certified lifeguards provided by university)
  • Outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, and 6 tennis courts
  • Dining Hall - capacity 500 (serves 3 meals a day)
  • Large and small meeting rooms

How Much does it Cost?

Housing and Meals: $38.50 per day per participant

Housing: $21.00 per day

Meals: $17.50 per day

  • $4.75 (breakfast)
  • $6.25 (lunch)
  • $6.50 (dinner)

Swimming Pool Rental: $125.00 per hour (certified lifeguards provided by the university)

Game Room Rental: $125.00 per hour
