TECHNICAL PROCESS ANALYST/DEVELOPER (AWD)
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Process Analyst/Developer in the IT/Imaging & Workflow Systems Department. This is a technical programming position. The expectation is that the candidate be able to design, modify, develop and implement software programming applications in Java, J2EE, and supporting utilities including Eclipse, WebSphere, ANT, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. This position will assist the Imaging & Workflow Systems team to deliver technical solutions necessary to implement and support the Automated Work Distribution (AWD) system, including but not limited to portal functionality, integration of AWD with other systems, and to support various business processes. The incumbent will participate in the review of business requirements for solution recommendations, be responsible for unit testing of the solutions to ensure they meet requirements, and assist in the creation of test strategies for integration and user acceptance testing. The incumbent will also be responsible for second and third level production support as necessary. This position reports to the Manager, Imaging & Process Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Qualified candidate will have at least three (3) years of related work experience and demonstrated
analytical, programming, testing, and documentation skills.
Must be able to manage competing priorities, learn quickly, proactively seek information, have
exceptional interpersonal and team skills, and have solid communication skills.
The ability to assimilate information and apply it to different situations to recommend solutions,
resolve problems and overcome obstacles is extremely important.
Experience with Java, J2EE, and supporting utilities including Eclipse, WebSphere, ANT, Jenkins,
or equivalent tools.
Experience with Web Services including SOAP, XML, XML Schema, JAX-RS, REST.
Experience with MSSQL Transact SQL and IBM DB2 scripting (query, stored procedures),
optimization and performance tuning.
