Job Description:

WDRB/WMYO-TV, having entered into a shared services agreement with WBKI-TV, is seeking a promotion coordinator.  Position will be responsible for all WBKI-TV station promotion & public service announcement scheduling. This will include:A scertain the promotional & public service announcement (PSA) needs of WBKI.Locating promotional & PSA information, schedules and materials for WBKI’s on-air.Coordinate the retrieval and production of promo’s & PSA’s with station production/master control dept.’s.Use station Traffic System (Wide Orbit) to schedule promo’s & PSA’s on the daily logs.Prepare promotion & PSA reports in accordance with FCC, network & syndication requirements. Maintain WBKI’s FCC Public File & upload FCC documents to the FCC online public file website.Prepare & file WBKI’s FCC quarterly Issues & Program Lists with the FCC online public file website.Prepare & file WBKI’s FCC Children’s Reports with the FCC online public file website.The successful candidate will be employed by Independence Television Company.
