Position Description: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or related field
• Two yrs news writing experience and on-line production abilities
• Strong (AP) writing and oral communication skills
• Website and desktop editing experience preferred
• Knowledge of PC, mobile internet and other social media outlets
• Ability to work under pressure to meet daily deadlines
• Team player with ability to accept and prioritize multiple assigned tasks

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Write, rewrite, edit, and update website content and other digital information
• Lead web and news staff in usage of social media tools and other platforms for WHAS11.com
• Find and add links to related stories and websites
• Capture, edit, prepare, and upload photos and videos for site placement
• Other duties as required
