Campbellsville University to present ethics lecture on ‘Aiding dependency: foreign aid and tax compliance in Uganda’ Feb. 20

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Dr. Josiah Marineau, assistant professor of political science at Campbellsville, will present a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Ethics Lecture titled “Aiding dependency: Foreign aid and tax compliance in Uganda” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 in the Banquet Hall of the Badgett Academic Support Center at 110 University Drive, Campbellsville, Ky.

The event is free and open to the public.

Marineau graduated from the University of Texas, University of Denver and the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and has a Ph.D. in political science, master of arts degree in international studies and a bachelor of arts degree in political science.

He belongs to the American Political Science Association and Peace Sciences Association.

He is married to Niki Marineau who serves as the interim director of the Campbellsville-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce.

There will be light refreshments and prizes at the event.
