B.S. Marriage and Family Ministry Overview
In the Campbellsville’s BS in Marriage and Family Ministry program, students develop a keen awareness of marriage and family issues to address spiritual, physical and emotional needs. Learners gain a practical skill set that will help them work effectively with couples and families to promote resilience and support through a Christian perspective.
Our degree program offers small class sizes, expert faculty who follow a servant leadership model and hands-on experience through 150 hours of supervised internship experience. Through in-depth courses lead by experienced instructors, each student will build a foundation of biblical, theological, historical, pastoral, educational and practical aspects for Christian ministry through their BS degree. The 120 credit hours of coursework includes 41 credit hours of general education requirements, 57 credit hours within the degree area, and 22 free electives, and is designed to ensure students get a well-rounded view of what it takes to successfully minister to families. Admissions Requirements
To apply to Campbellsville’s bachelor’s in marriage and family ministry program, prospective students must submit or complete the following:
- Online application.
- Submit official copies of transcripts from each college or university previously or currently attended, along with a complete record of all courses attempted, to the Office of Admissions.
- If transferring less than 24 credit hours, submit official high school transcript.
