Employed by Campbellsville University in July 2013. Taught adjunct at the University of Kentucky from 2011 to 2013. Served in various roles in public education over 28 years including middle and high school mathematics teacher, high school assistant principal, middle and high school principal and superintendent in two districts. Recognitions include Campbellsville University Student Government Association Faculty of the Year (2016) and FCCLA Superintendent of the Year (2012).
