Dr. David W. Auberry is an Asst. Professor in the School of Business, Economics, and Technology.  His areas of focus at CU include Management, International Business, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resource Management.  Within these disciplines, he conducts original research.   His research interests focus on business entrepreneurial and social entrepreneurial sectors and cover topics that emerge at the intersection and convergence of HR leadership, management, ethics, diversity and inclusion, and social responsibility.

Dr. Auberry is a servant leader, humanitarian, and social entrepreneur, having created successful for-profit and not-for-profit businesses over the years.  He is also an ardent and passionate animal welfare activist.

He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management, an MS in Human Resources, an MA in Management and Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Leadership.
