Dr. Street has been teaching at Campbellsville sine 1976. His initial teaching responsibilities were in Christin Studies (Old Testament, New /testament, Hebrew, Greek, Homiletics, Religion in Life). He began taking courses in Computer Science at Campbellsville while a faculty member and continued his studies in Computer Science at the University of Memphis and the University of Evansville.

For several years, Dr. Street taught both in Christian Studies and in Computer Science.. As University needs shifted and after earning his Master of Science in Computer Science Education, he began to teach only in Computer Science.

Dr. Street was awarded a Ph.D. (Old Testament and Biblical Languages) in 1973 and a M.Div. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1970. He was granted the Master of the Science in Computer Science Education from the University of Evansville (1988). His Bachelor of Arts is from Union University (1966). He has also studied at The University of Memphis, Campbellsville University, and “The Joint Archaeological Expedition to Ai”.

Dr. Street has written over forty articles for the Biblical Illustrator, Articles in the Holman bible Dictionary and the Mercer Bible Dictionary, and “Study Guides” for the Sunday School Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. His has articles in the Holy Land Illustrated Bible. He has given presentations on Leadership skills for the Boy Scouts of America adult training program (Wood Badge).
