Job Postings
HandshakeCareer Services provides multiple job search resources, allowing students and graduates access to a variety of jobs and internships with companies based locally and throughout the U.S. in multiple methods. Those methods are the In-House Job Postings and Handshake Job Posts.

In-House Job Posts
Students, alumni, and community members may view jobs received from friends and business associates looking to hire CU students, alumni, and community members posted on Career Services’ In-house Jobs Board.
Career Services now partners with the Handshake, a new career management platform where students may search for jobs and internships based on their career interests and location, as well as other career readiness tips, company profiles, and additional event resources. Students are also able to communicate directly with employers, alumni, and other students regarding job postings/questions.

- CU students and alumni already have a basic Handshake profile. Users must update their profile to include: school level, major, minor, and degree level, career interests. Career Services recommends job seekers upload their resumes allowing resumes to be viewed by employers, should they choose. Employers will then be able to search for and view student/alumni profiles to search for suitable candidates for their job vacancies based on job seekers’ completed profiles.
