The timeline for proposing summer international courses follows. The timeline should help facilitate such work as:
Before December 15th Prior to creating a proposal, faculty/staff interested in proposing an international summer course abroad or mission trip should discuss the possibility with theEducation Abroad office and submit the attached “Intent to Propose a CUEST Course Form”
January 31: Faculty who want to propose an international summer course submit to the Office of Education Abroad: educationabroad@campbellsville.edu
(1) a completed Summer International Course Proposal Form (“Intent to Propose a CUEST Course Form”)
(2) a tentative budget (airfare, food, lodging, fees, books, other), and
(3) a draft itinerary.
Feb 15th Education Abroad committee with Center for Education Abroad reviews proposals. Faculty along with Department and Division Chairs are notified of the approval.
