CU Piano Ensemble to Present Spring Concert April 6

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — The Campbellsville University Piano Ensemble will be giving its spring concert Monday, April 6, at 8 p.m. in The Gheens Recital Hall in the Gosser Fine Arts Center at 210 University Drive.

Students will be performing literature for piano duet (four hands), two pianos (four hands), and piano quartet (two pianos, eight hands).

Dr. Wesley Roberts, professor of music, is the director of the ensemble, which is now completing its first year.

Ensemble members include the following students, their home countries and degree programs: Carla Farias, Brazil, master of music in performance; Seth Johnson, Leitchfield, Ky., bachelor of arts in music;

Pei-Fen Lin, Taiwan, master of arts in music; Hana Park, Korea, master of music in piano pedagogy; Priscila Souza, Brazil, master of music in piano pedagogy; and Zhiwei Zheng,China, master of music in piano pedagogy.

The public is invited to the performance which is free of charge.

Campbellsville University is a private, comprehensive institution located in South Central Kentucky.
