CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University and Town Hall Productions will present “The Merry Wives of Windsor” in the annual “Shakespeare Under the Stars” production May 18-20.

The comedy begins at 8 p.m. on Stapp Lawn at 102 University Drive, Campbellsville, Ky.

Everyone is invited. There is no admission, but you are invited to pay whatever you can. You should take your own camping/lawn chair to the performance.

The cast includes Les Chadwick of Campbellsville as Sir John Falstaff; Deja Thompson of Adairsville, Ky. as Pistol; Jaleel Cowan of Campbellsville as Nym; Hannah Hansford of Campbellsville as Robin;

Jon Hieneman of Campbellsville as Master Ford; Anna Peterson of Columbia, Ky. as Mistress Ford; Chris Gibbs of Campbellsville as Master Page; Sarah Durham of Campbellsville as Mistress Page;

Callie Botkin of Campbellsville as Mistress Anne Page; Tanner Reed of Benton, Ky., as Fenton; Ryan Dudgeon of Campbellsville as Shallow; Cedric Calhoun of Frankfort, Ky. as Slender;

Charlotte Archey of Columbia as Simple; Ed Pavy, director of campus ministries at Campbellsville University, from Campbellsville as Sir Hugh Evans; Diandra Sallee of Lexington, Ky. as Dr. Caius; Josie Pruitt of Greensburg, Ky. as Mistress Quickly; Sharon Archey of Columbia as John Rugby and Betta Kim of Elizabethtown, Ky. as Host of the Garter.

Dr. Jason Garrett, professor of communication at Campbellsville University, is the director of the play. Starr Garrett, director of theater and associate professor of theater at Campbellsville University, is the technical director. Andrew Ward/Town Hall Productions is the producer of the play.

Stage manager is Kaya Taylor of Radcliff, Ky.; Sarah Norris of Leitchfield, Ky. is in charge of prop design; and costumer manager is Haley Saylor of Monticello, Ky.

Cooperate sponsors for the production include: Little Caesars Pizza, Colton’s Steak House and Grill, Holly Dudgeon: Cornerstone Insurance, Tucker Family Medicine and Air Evac.
