Account Support Associate – DALLAS

As an Account Support Associate, you will help with the administration and coordination of engagements. Utilizing the processes and tools of the Firm, you will help provide analytics, tracking, automation and cyber risk identification support to help EY teams reduce the time spent on specified tasks so they can work more efficiently. You will work with team members on large, complex engagements and Accounts. Specific activities will be assigned based on the needs of the engagement, Account or service line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in team meetings, review discussion items, and develop action plans
- Identify project risks and develop solutions for improving processes
- Learn about the services the engagement provides and leverage that knowledge to recommend ways to improve those services
- Assist the engagement team with engagement economics matters (for example, hours/budgets/estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in Process spreadsheets)
- Use technology applications and protocol – vulnerability scanning tools, application security testing solutions and network assessment utilities to identify security vulnerabilities
- Work with your team in the analysis of vulnerabilities to identify and to determine severity and risk to client environments
- Generate consolidated reports based on vulnerability scan results and help identify remediation tasks
- Perform custom data processing and scripting to aid and cross check vulnerability reports and automation
- Generate and distribute reporting dashboard to identify anomalies and ensure timely reporting · Troubleshooting issues with network scanning and security assessment tools
- Build and operate intelligent automation – robotic processing (software bots)
To qualify, a candidate must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational, mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to address relevant information/data and develop practical approaches
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines, perform high-quality work and follow up
- Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information
- Proficiency with technology applications – advanced Excel functions
Valuable skills to have, but not required:
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems: Unix/Linux/Windows
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Rapid7 -Nexpose, or Tenable – Nessus
- Coding experience – particularly with vendor applications from Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or any RPA
