Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise assembly team members
- Analyze and evaluate production records
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
- Calculate personnel planning and necessary production time for the completion of job assignment.
- Supports Project teams with Project Launches and Process/Engineering Changes
- Supports the concepts of assembly manning/ planning , layout, organization and assembly process flows
- Recommend & implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
- Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
- Reach assigned department targets
Required qualifications:
- BC Degree in Technical Field
- Past experience of supervision of minimum of 10 employees
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive industry as in field of Expertise
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
