Position: Marketing Technology & Operations Specialist

Principle Accountabilities
• Execute marketing initiatives utilizing marketing automation platforms while being the expert on the operational best practices associated with each platform.
• Utilize fundamental principles and best practices to devise solutions for marketing automation and campaign creation
• Review and implement plans for marketing platforms based on strategic goals to drive sales and improve operational effectiveness
• Continually improve and troubleshoot complex software systems that run in mixed-environments with partners
• Lead development, fixes, security remediation, and regular server and platform maintenance with our partners Ensure scalability, quality, security, and responsiveness of applications
• Coordinate with the marketing team, internal IT, and product stakeholders to analyze needs and translate into project specifications and business rules
• Adhere to all compliance and other regulations required for order / cash processing and telecom operations (PCI / FCC) to safeguard all system software, CMS, business rules and web servers are compliant
• Understand how systems operate, how different end-users interact, and how data is gathered and analyzed for analytics
• Ensure corporate and ecommerce systems are up to date, accurate, and functioning based on the needs of the business
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for all technical partners
• Performs additional related duties as requested or required

Background/Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of experience
• Experience with utilizing marketing automation and infrastructure
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in digital marketing operations a plus
• Experience with CMS / CRM database, Magento preferred
• Experience, or served on a team responsible for web development, ecommerce, general server administration and operations
• Critical attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver on time
• Understanding of various software design and architectural best practices for marketing purposes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Maintain professional and collaborative interactions with multiple departments and partners
• Able to function in a fast paced team environment
