Description:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Engineer (Azure, 365, Active Directory) in Louisville, Kentucky (KY). Summary: The Microsoft Cloud Engineer will work as part of our Cloud Operations team and will work towards our organization goals as a skilled, hands-on, experienced and active Microsoft cloud professional and a skilled technologist. You will work with and lead our service providers supporting and enhancing the Office 365 and Azure environment. You will focus on ensuring associate experience, troubleshoot Active Directory and Office 365 issues, while researching, evaluating and implementing current and new strategic E365 suite capabilities and other solutions to improve and innovate our associate experience based on Microsoft cloud native solutions. You will partner with our Cybersecurity team and other teams to ensure security, compliance and proper governance of our Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of technical experience supporting Microsoft platforms, specifically Active Directory and Exchange
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Office 365 as an administrator (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive etc.)
- Experience working with Azure cloud, specifically with Active Directory (AAD, AAD DS), Azure virtual machines, networking
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving associate experience
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft inTune, JAMF or similar client management and software package deployment technologies
- Experience with Virtual Desktop solutions
- PowerShell expertise
- Excellent communications skills
- Good understanding of networking and security concepts
- Understanding Microsoft security tooling and related services (Azure Information Protection, ATP, Rights Management, MFA, DLP etc.)
