Overview

Are you passionate about Digital Marketing and Data?  Can you translate business needs into strategic marketing plans and tell success stories through data?  If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Success Manager to become part of the growing Digital Division within our local media company.  This position is responsible for working with our local sellers and clients to ensure that proper digital solutions are recommended, implemented and delivered to meet our client and campaign KPI’s.   You will play an instrumental role in helping retain customers by providing compelling, factual reporting and may be required to attend some client meetings to present findings and make additional recommendations.  Our Success Manager also works closely with our Operations team as they optimize and deliver each campaign.   The position requires an individual to be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

 This position reports directly to the Corporate Director of Digital Sales for BCI.

 Job Description:

•           Assist in the creation of digital strategies from Client Needs Assessments

•           Work with Local Sales to prepare digital solutions for local businesses

•           Manage the on-boarding process with advertisers and work with Ad Ops to ensure on-time campaign launches

•           Monitor and work with Ad Operations to help ensure campaigns are optimized toward declared KPI’s

•           Prepare and review campaign analytics on a regular basis with Local Sellers and/or clients

•           Work with Local Sellers to retain local digital customers and grow revenue

 Minimum Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years digital marketing operations or sales (working w/ various digital advertising products and services)

·         Experienced in creating strategic digital marketing plans

·         Must be able to interpret and derive actionable recommendations from various digital analytics such as Google Analytics and other data dashboards

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Must be self-motivated as well as work with others toward common goals

·         Must be able to adapt as technology and providers change as well as work in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Desired Requirements:

Education:   Degree preferred, but not required.

Special Skills/Expectations and Other Licenses/Certifications:

·         Experience with Google Analytics and Google Adwords required (certifications a plus)

·         Knowledge of DFP a plus

·         Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word required  (Keynote and other programs a plus)
