About the role:
As a Recruiter in Training for TQL, you will go through an extensive training program to become a Corporate Sales Recruiter. Upon completion of your training, you will support our candidate search process while managing the needs of your dedicated on-site hiring manager. What you’ll be doing:
- Train with top Sales Recruiters to learn the ins and outs of recruiting for TQL
- Become an expert in recruiting top sales talent in your region
- Be a head-hunter – source candidates on job boards, through referrals, social media and campus recruiting events
- Meet and exceed weekly metrics set by recruiting leadership
- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your hiring managers, peers and leadership
What you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but we have successful Recruiters without one
- 1-2 years’ experience in a metrics driven role preferred
- Highly motivated with a competitive drive to be the best
- Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently
- The desire to contribute to TQL’s continued growth
