a. Position Description
INFAC North America, Inc. is a global automotive parts supplier for GM, Chrysler, Hyundai and Kia, etc. The annual sales in 2015 was $37 million and the current employees are 100 in 2016. INFAC’s affiliates are located in China, India, Vietnam, Mexico and South Korea. We are seeking a HR intern to support the HR team in the areas of reporting & analysis, and professional development.
b. Responsibilities
Regularly provide assistance & support with HR projects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
Coordinate and schedule professional development trainings for employees
Develop and maintain monthly reports for the department
Archive files and scan HR documentation; assist in organizing HR records
Respond to federal and state agencies regarding unemployment, employment verification and other inquires as necessary
c. Requirements
Undergraduate working toward an Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in functions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills
Must be able and willing to work in a team oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and superior attention to detail
Must demonstrate the ability to interface with all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally
