Have you always been interested in gaining experience in the food & beverage industry? Do you have great attention to detail? If so, Aerotek Scientific is currently seeking a Lab Technician to maintain product quality in a manufacturing environment in support of Kentucky plant operations.
Conduct QC test and validation to ensure compliance
Pull samples from tankers and monitor continuous manufacturing process
Record, analyze, and evaluate data using statistical analysis for process, product and raw material
Oversee taste panel to support and monitor product quality
Maintain and order supplies for laboratory and production
Assist with internal audit, GMP inspections and various product inspections
Support and troubleshoot Quality issues relating to production and raw materials
Ensures Quality Assurance procedures for the Quality Control laboratory areas are maintained, followed and documented.
SHIFT: Monday thru Friday, 7:30A – 4PM
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a science related field (chemistry, biology, biochemistry, etc.)
At least 21 years old
Ability to work 40 hours a week
Capable of walking/standing for several hours at a time
