Position Description
  A fast growing software company is looking for a talented individual to be our part-time Office Assistant! We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and can effectively work with people and systems! This is a part-time position that involves administrative work and so much more. The ideal candidate would be thorough, pro-active, task-oriented, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, caring, positive, and someone who truly enjoys interacting with and supporting others, particularly our agents and office leadership. The person in this position must work well in a fast-paced environment, be customer-service oriented, possess strong written and verbal skills, and have the ability to successfully manage, organize, and execute multiple tasks. Candidates must have superb attention to detail and be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Power Point. Being a team player and having a positive attitude are vital to this position!

*This is a part-time position Monday through Friday with flexible hours.
YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK. Must have:
Strong communication skills, detail oriented, and excellent organization skills
Very strong experience with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook Experience using PC operating systems, scanner/printer/photocopy/fax machines.
Prior Data Entry experience preferred

Responsibilities include:
Data input for all invoicing and inventory.
Office filing and general office duties.
Performing other job related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
